At Sunsred, quality is our lifeline. We execute a rigorous, refined full-process quality control system to ensure every delivered product is flawless!

Our LED beauty mask production undergoes strict checks at every level:

Core Component Source Control (IQC): For the most critical LED lamp beads, our QC team first strictly reviews the integrating sphere test report to ensure the wavelength of every batch of beads precisely meets standard requirements.

One-by-One Key Material Inspection: Subsequently, QC conducts individual inspections and testing on silicone mask materials and LED bead PCB boards to ensure all incoming materials are qualified, eliminating any potential defects.

Dust-Free Production Environment: Only qualified materials are sent into our high-standard dust-free clean production workshop for assembly, ensuring product purity from the environment up.

Critical Burn-in Test: Assembled LED masks and controllers must undergo a power-on burn-in test lasting up to 4 hours to weed out any potential early failures.

Final Finished Product Full Inspection (FQC): After passing the burn-in test, the QC team conducts a final individual inspection on every finished product again to ensure functions and appearance are perfect.

Precise Packaging & Verification: Products passing inspection are handed over to the production department for packaging. We verify and count all accessories one by one to ensure nothing is missing, and after complete packaging, they are finally handed over to the warehouse keeper for storage.
