Each panel which produced by Sunsred, must go through for 4 hours of aging test, every 1 hour there are professional QC random test some panels, Identify products that do not meet quality requirements for rework , after aging test is completed, static for 2 hours, the professional QC will check again of each panel for the appearance, power, and electrical leakage test, only go through all the testing steps then can be arranged for packing and shipping.

Sunsred is equipped with 3 laser cutting machines, which can satisfy customers' needs for different logos, patterns and colors, low MOQ 30 sets can be supported for customization, in Sunsred, our service team will give you the best service and quality.

Every batch of lamp beads produced by Sunsred must go through integrating sphere test and provide the light pointer test report to QC for inspection, which ensures the accuracy of the wavelength of the lamp beads meets the customized requirements.
